Procedure for Submitting Scoresheets

Official scoresheets for all league games must be submitted to the CHL

 

                        Fax to: (704) 353-7846

                        Scan/email to: chlinfo@carolina.rr.com

 

Ensure scoresheets are completed accurately and correctly

 

            Game Info:

 

                        Date

                        Division

                        Time

                        Venue
 

             Roster Info:

                        Player’s Number

                        Last name

                        At least first initial

                                   

                        Coaches Name

                        CEP Numbers

           

            Scoring/Penalties:

                       

                        Record all information

                        Ensure player’s numbers are written legibly

 

            Goalkeeping:

                       

                        Record shots/saves per period/minutes played

                       

            Signatures of Official Scorer/Referee

 

Suspensions

                       

On-Ice Officials/Referees must document all Game Misconduct and Match Penalties on back of top copy of scoresheet       

 

Fax/email this documentation with scoresheet

 

Suspensions will be listed/monitored under the “Infractions and Suspensions” Tab on the left side of this site

 

Missing Scoresheets

 

Scoresheets not submitted after 7 days of game date will be listed under the “Missing Scoresheets” Tab on the left side of this site
